We have entered into a collaboration with Posidon Seafood, which is known for their delicious rosé crevettes, among other things.

They are particularly popular in southern Europe and famous for their firm texture and refined taste.

For the occasion, our sommelier Morten has selected a very special rosé that matches the crevettes to perfection.

On Saturday 13/9 we launch our new Saturday concept: Rosé & Prajer – a fixed tradition once a month. There are only 25 seats, so hurry up and book your table at hello@vinospiro.dk
