They are particularly popular in southern Europe and famous for their firm texture and refined taste. For the occasion, our sommelier Morten has selected a very special <span style=\"color: #993300;\">ros\u00e9<\/span> that matches the crevettes to perfection. On Saturday 19\/5 we launch our new Saturday concept: Ros\u00e9 &amp; Prawns \u2013 a fixed tradition once a month.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Sit down, relax and let the weekend unfold in good company \u2013 with a glass of cold ros\u00e9 in your hand and a bowl of fresh shrimp on the table.
