Join us for a tasting of the new vintage from Domaine de Chassorney, one of Burgundy’s most characterful and terroir-driven wineries. Domaine de Chassorney was founded in 1996 by the visionary winemaker Frederic Cossard, and is continued today by Aurelien Verdet, who with great precision and respect for nature continues the house’s philosophy. With vineyards in some of C6te de Beaune’s classic appellations, wines are produced with a focus on purity, finesse and clear terroir expression – wines that speak clearly and honestly about their origins. The tasting is in collaboration with Bichel, who presents six wines from the fresh and vibrant 2023 vintage:

Light snacks are served along the way, and we dive into the wines with a focus on their structure, energy and the special elegance that Domaine de Chassorney manages to bring out in each bottle.
